We’re looking for experienced Technical Officers who can handle commercial and industrial solar projects. The ideal candidate has hands on experience working on C&I systems and minigrids. You should be comfortable working on-site, troubleshooting and ensuring projects meet safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Install, commission and maintain solar PV systems
* Carry out minigrid installations, testing and ongoing technical support
* Conduct site assessments and prepare technical reports
* Troubleshoot system faults and provide prompt solutions
* Work with the project team to ensure installations meet quality, safety and compliance requirements
* Support client training and handover processes after commissioning
* Keep accurate documentation for all installations and service activities
Requirements
* Proven experience in C&I solar installation and engineering
* Experience working on minigrid projects
* Good understanding of electrical systems, safety standards and installation best practices
* Strong problem solving and field troubleshooting skills
* OND/HND/BSc in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field
