Job Summary
The Head of School will provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and moral values. The ideal candidate will inspire excellence among staff and students while fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction for academic and co-curricular excellence.
Supervise and support teachers to ensure effective lesson delivery and learning outcomes.
Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional standards.
Ensure proper implementation of school policies and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Promote staff professional development and performance management.
Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
Manage school finances, resources, and logistics efficiently.
Uphold the school’s vision of raising Godly, confident, and competent learners.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 7 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven record of improving academic standards and school performance.
Proficiency in ICT and modern educational practices.
A passion for child development, character building, and holistic education.
