Job Title: Electrical / Electronics Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical & Electronic Engineer to join our technical team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and components.
This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure efficient operations and innovation within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and components.
Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical/electronic systems to minimize downtime.
Develop and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, R&D) to support project execution.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and manuals for equipment and systems.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovations in electrical and electronic engineering.
Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior staff where required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng / B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical and electronic engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronic circuits, automation, and control systems.
Proficiency in using engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, PLC programming, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and technical reporting skills.
Professional certifications or membership in relevant engineering bodies (COREN, NSE, etc.) will be an added advantage.
