Human Resources Officer-Female
Location: Voyage Lagos, 7 Isaac John St, Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Industry: Hospitality / Nightlife
Work Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday | 6 PM – 6 AM
Salary: ₦250,000 monthly
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for overseeing HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be proactive, people-oriented, and able to manage staff performance within a nightlife environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for all club staff.
Maintain HR records, attendance. Implement and monitor HR policies in line with company objectives and labor laws.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support management in creating a positive and productive work culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in hospitality or nightlife.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of Nigerian labor law.
Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
