Role Overview:
The kitchen personnel plays a dual role at KCLOUD 9 by ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals and directly engaging with customers to drive sales. This position requires both culinary skills and strong customer service abilities to deliver an excellent dining and takeaway experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen (Chef Duties):
Prepare, season, and cook foods such as rice,spaghetti,noodles, and other nigerian delicacies
Ensure all meals meet customers taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Monitor cooking equipment and kitchen utensils.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.
Assist in managing inventory and reporting shortages.
Sales & Customer Service (Sales Rep Duties)
Greet and serve customers in a professional, friendly manner.
Promote KCLOUD 9’s menu items, deals, and services to boost sales.
Process customer orders and handle cash or POS payments accurately.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
Support promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities.
Proximity to workplace should be considered.
Previous experience as a cook/chef would be an added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least an SSCE.
