• About the Role:  The General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all branches, driving sales growth, ensuring branch efficiency, and aligning daily operations with the company’s vision.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all branches.
• Supervise Regional Coordinators and ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive sales growth and market expansion in Abuja.
• Oversee logistics, supply chain, and branch performance.
• Work with the Accountant and CFO to ensure financial discipline.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the COO/CEO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution (with at least 3 years in a leadership role).
• Strong background in sales, operations, and team management.
• Knowledge of supply chain and cold-chain logistics is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting growth and profitability targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Morning check-in with Regional Coordinators for branch updates.
• Review previous day’s sales and stock reports.
• Approve procurement demands/distribution schedules.
• Liaise with Accountant on daily financial reconciliations and cash flow.
• Handle escalated staff or customer issues.
• Conduct branch performance spot checks.
• Prepare short reports for the Board.
