Job Description:
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the organization’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented to attract, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Support training, learning, and development initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues in line with company policy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company regulations.
Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to staff.
Prepare HR reports and contribute to policy development.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time management abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHRi, etc.) is an added advantage.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
