The Administrative Officer is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day administrative and office support functions of the organization. This includes managing office operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, maintaining records, handling procurement of office supplies and equipment, and liaising with government agencies and external stakeholders. The role also involves supervising support staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing timely administrative support to management to enhance organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
* B.Sc./HND in Secretarial Admin, Business Admin/Management, or related field.
* Minimum of TWO years work experience as an Admin. Officer in a well-structured organization
* Strong knowledge of office management procedures and procurement processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative software.
* Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Summary of Job Description
* Procurement and distribution of vehicle registration and renewal documents such as plate numbers, insurance and roadworthiness certificates
* Procurement of local government papers
* Filing of official documents and proper record keeping
* Distribution and collation of annual performance appraisals
* Supervision of office cleaning services and evacuation of wastes from office premises
* Supervision and maintenance of Ibadan domestic residence
* Procurement of items for office use
* Proper record keeping of diesel supplies to the office and directors’ residences
* Such other additional responsibilities that the company may consider expedient from time to time
* Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
