We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, systems maintenance, and troubleshooting, providing valuable exposure to real-world IT operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff, assisting with hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and networks.
Support the IT team in troubleshooting system errors and resolving user problems.
Help with software updates, patches, and security monitoring.
Document IT processes, solutions, and technical procedures for reference.
Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
Research and recommend innovative solutions to improve IT efficiency and security.
