Job Title: Dryer Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dryer Operator to join our rubber production team. The Dryer Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining rubber drying equipment to ensure efficient processing and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of production machinery, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor rubber drying equipment (tray, rotary, or tunnel dryers).
Load and unload rubber sheets or granules into drying machines.
Adjust dryer settings such as temperature, drying time, and airflow based on product specifications.
Inspect raw and dried rubber for moisture content and quality compliance.
Record production data and maintain accurate drying logs.
Clean and maintain drying equipment and ensure a safe, hygienic work environment.
Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues promptly to the supervisor.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Coordinate with other production units to maintain smooth workflow.
Assist in routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of dryers.

Requirements:
Minimum of SSCE/OND in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial discipline or relevant technical certification.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (rubber industry preferred).
Basic knowledge of industrial dryer operation and safety practices.
Physically fit and able to work in hot, humid conditions.
Good observation skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and overtime as required.

Preferred Skills:
Teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Understanding of production flow and quality control principles.
