Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a flair for project management and data-driven decision-making? We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
This is not your typical EA role, we’re seeking a strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong project management expertise and Power BI proficiency to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CFO.
Coordinate financial and cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Track, analyze, and present key metrics using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and business reports.
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate internal and external collaboration between the CFO’s office and key partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within telecoms or FMCG.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, track, and report progress effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI – must be able to build, analyze, and interpret dashboards independently.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦500,000.00 – ₦700,000.00 per monthPower Bi and Project Management (Required)
