As the Business Development & Client Services Manager at Rage Media Group Abuja, you will play a
dual role: driving business growth through new client acquisition while maintaining and deepening
relationships with existing accounts. You are expected to combine commercial acumen with top-tier
relationship management skills, positioning Rage as a premium agency partner in the Abuja market.
This role requires an energetic, strategic thinker who thrives in boardrooms, understands the pulse of
the advertising and media landscape, and knows how to close deals while delivering unmatched
client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead new business acquisition and build a strong client pipeline.
2. Develop and present pitch decks and proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
3. Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
4. Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and ensure team alignment.
5. Represent the agency at events, conferences, and networking engagements.
6. Maintain and deepen relationships with client decision-makers.
7. Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction across touchpoints.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to align execution with client expectations.
9. Track campaign performance and offer strategic insights.
10. Identify new sectors and unlock fresh business opportunities.
8. Required Qualifications & Experience: – Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field – Years of Experience: 4–6 years in advertising, marketing, or media sales (client-facing role
preferred)
