Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality, delicious meals that meet our standards of taste, presentation, and creativity. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, experience in managing kitchen operations, and a deep commitment to hygiene and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare a diverse menu that meets customer preferences and seasonal trends
  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and food preparation activities
  • Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold kitchen standards and procedures
  • Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards
  • Manage kitchen costs and reduce waste through efficient processes
  • Collaborate with restaurant management on new menu ideas and special events
  • Ensure timely delivery of meals during service hours

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–7 years’ experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, and hygiene regulations
  • Creative approach to menu development and food presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
