Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth:
– Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Business Development:
– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
4. Social Media and Content Creation:
– Leverage social media platforms to promote products/services and engage with clients.
– Create compelling content to showcase products/services and build brand awareness.
– Utilize influencer marketing strategies to expand reach and credibility.
Requirements:
1. Education:Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, OND, Diploma, or equivalent in any related field. Professional certification is an added advantage.
2. Skills:
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong business acumen and sales skills.
– Social media savvy with ability to create engaging content.
– Influencer and content creation experience is an added advantage.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
3. Business Inclination:
– Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
– Ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
