Isurf Global Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated Loan Collection Agent to join our team! If you are looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
– Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
– Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
*Compensation and Benefits:*
– *Gross Salary: 70,000 per month*.
– Food Bonus, Transportation Bonus, Transport Subsidy and Full Attendance Bonus (All prorated based on attendance)
– Performance Bonus
– Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
– Pension plan fully funded by the company.
*Requirements:*
– Minimum of SSCE
– Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
– Proximity to Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, is essential.
– Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month.
