Skills: Strong MS Excel, knowledge of fleet/service management solutions
Qualifications:
•Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (Engineering background mandatory)
Experience:
•Relevant exposure to Cat-brand equipment, trucks, payloaders, and forklifts
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead operations improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Fishbone Analysis, Gantt Charts
•Develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure optimal machinery performance
•Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools (e.g., CAT ET)
•Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime and failures
•Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-engineering staff
•Supervise teams and manage maintenance operations effectively
