We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Personnel to join our HR team. This role involves supporting daily HR operations, assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Support payroll processing and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and warning letters
Support HR projects such as policy development and employee engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in an HR support or administrative role
Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/systems
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR)
Experience using HRIS systems
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
