Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd, a leading HR consulting firm with over 23 years of impact across Nigeria, is looking for Remote Contract Recruiters to support our outsourced HR engagements.
You will work directly on active client assignments across multiple sectors, sourcing and placing top-tier talent, while supported by clear tools, templates, and a performance-based structure.
What You’ll Do
- Lead recruitment from job briefing to candidate offer.
- Source, screen, and deliver talent with speed and precision.
- Interact with clients and team in a structured, results-oriented way.
- Work fully remotely, reporting via structured trackers and reports.
You’ll Succeed If You:
- Have 2+ years of real experience recruiting in Nigeria.
- Are organized, fast, and resourceful in finding great candidates.
- Can work with limited supervision and still deliver top results.
- Are passionate about HR and delivering quality placements.
Duration: 3 Months
Pay: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000/month (performance-linked)
Location: Fully Remote
