Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and quality service.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including technicians and support teams.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining workshop equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
- Support business growth by implementing efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or a related field.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of auto repair processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
