Factory Manager

We are hiring a Factory Production Manager to lead daily operations at our generator manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage production schedules, ensure product quality, drive efficiency, and oversee a team of supervisors and technicians.

Responsibilities:
*Plan and manage generator production activities.
*Ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
*Lead and motivate the production team.
*Monitor and improve production processes and costs.
*Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

*Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
*5+ years of production management experience, preferably in generator manufacturing or factory.
*Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
*Knowledge of manufacturing principles is a plus.
