About the Role:
Leverage Fresh Limited is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Vegetable Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations for both open field and greenhouse vegetable production. The ideal candidate must be experienced in the cultivation of fruit vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and cabbage, and should possess strong leadership and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and coordinate all farming activities on the field and in greenhouses
– Supervise land preparation, planting, irrigation, pest and disease control, and harvesting
– Ensure adherence to agronomic best practices and production targets
– Train and manage farm workers, ensuring operational efficiency
– Monitor crop health and implement effective solutions
– Maintain detailed records and reports of farming activities
Collaborate with the project team and agronomists for continuous improvements
Requirements:
– B.Sc. or HND in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Production, or related fields
– Minimum of 2–3 years experience in vegetable farming (greenhouse & open field)
– Strong technical knowledge of tomato, cucumber, pepper, and cabbage production
– Good leadership and team management skills
– Willingness to live on-site (accommodation provided)

About the Role:
We are currently hiring Farm Hands to join our vegetable production team. Successful candidates will work under the supervision of the Farm Supervisor and contribute to the cultivation of various vegetables including tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Participate in land preparation, planting, weeding, irrigation, and harvesting
– Support greenhouse and open field operations
– Maintain farm tools and equipment
– Follow instructions from supervisors and agronomists
Requirements:
– Prior experience in vegetable farming is an added advantage
– Willingness to learn and follow instructions
– Good physical fitness and commitment to farm duties
– Willing to stay on-site (accommodation available)
