- Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests and clients
- Redirect clients to the appropriate department when needed and take down messages
- Maintains an organized and systematic filing system
Maintains, prepares and schedules training activities, meetings, and events - Track and order office/training equipment and supplies.
Receive letters, packages and distribute them to appropriate departments - Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Monitor, organize and forward emails
- Monitor and attend to incoming messages on company social platforms
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies for all company’s activities
- Transfer all incoming messages to the right physical or virtual desks
- Create training schedules for all institute training programs, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
- Gather and evaluate information from alumni and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need improvement.
- Attend seminars and training of trainers to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
- Inform participants on scheduled training and track their progress.
- Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
- Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
- Evaluate and monitor training effectiveness; make recommendations for changes to the training curriculum to the Director of Training and Development and update accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and funding agency requirements.
- Responsible to ensure all training resources, materials and equipment (e.g. energy meters, batteries, prototypes, first aid box, activity materials, handouts, PPEs, tools, etc.) are available and in working condition.
Create and implement training/course visibility strategies. - Support other team on process flow to ease the operations of the organization
Perform other related duties as assigned.
