Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, well-organized, and proactive Personal Assistant/Secretary to support the daily operations of our CEO. You will work directly with the CEO handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
.Manage the boss’s calendar, appointments, and daily itinerary.
.Take and return calls, respond to emails, and maintain clear communication on behalf of the boss.
.Maintain and organize important files, documents, receipts, and client information.
.Prepare and send invoices, follow up on payments, and track sales records.
.Coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and business partners.
.Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and personal errands when required.
.Welcome clients and offer professional customer service during visits.
.Draft reports, letters, and basic sales contracts.
.Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity at all times.
