We are currently looking to hire a factory supervisor to join our business located in Kuje, Abuja
Requirements
– must reside in Kuje or surrounding areas
– Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a bakery or food production setting.
– A strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment for plantain chips, chinchin and peanuts
– Proficiency in bakery operations and production management
– Understanding of inventory management and supply chain logistics
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities
– Supervising and directing the activities of production to ensure products meet quality standards
– Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet demand.
– Managing inventory levels and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
– Preparing reports on production performance and other relevant data
