Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to transport freshly baked bread to customers, distributors, and retail locations in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Lagos routes, have excellent driving skills, and ensure the safe handling of all bakery products during transit.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport bread and other baked goods to customers, distributors, and vendors.
Load and unload bakery products efficiently.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery while following assigned routes.
Maintain delivery records, including invoices and customer signatures.
Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
Follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
Assist in verifying order accuracy before dispatch.
Provide excellent customer service when delivering products.
Requirements:
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
At least 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a bakery or FMCG industry.
Must be familiar with major routes in Ikotun and Lagos.
Ability to lift and carry bakery products safely.
Good communication and time management skills.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to on-time deliveries.
