Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a strong network and the ability to leverage connections to generate business for the company. This role involves actively sourcing clients, marketing our loan products, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients to promote Maineflow’s financial products, including loans and other services.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to bring in business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the microfinance sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
- Meet and exceed set sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in financial services.
- Strong network and ability to bring in business through personal contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of microfinance banking operations is an added advantage.
