Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Cashier to manage transactions, handle customer payments, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
– Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace
– Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
– Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service
– Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures
– Participate in end-of-day reconciliations and cash handling procedures
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Basic computer skills and ability to learn our POS system
