We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Associate & Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage
front desk operations, provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
● Manage appointment bookings and walk-in clients efficiently.
● Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
● Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
● Process payments and manage the POS system.
● Assisted with customer complaints and feedback and resolved service issues.
● Promote marketing efforts for the barbershop’s subscription packages and loyalty
● programs.
● Assist in managing and coordinating with barbers and staff to ensure smooth
● customer flow.
● Keep records of daily appointments, client interactions, and transactions.
● Support administrative duties and carry out other related tasks as required.
● Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
● Proficiency in using POS machines and basic computer software applications.
● Friendly, energetic, and professional.
● Must be well-groomed and presentable.
