What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum HND or B.Sc. in any field.
✔ 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or related fields.
✔ Proven track record in sales, team leadership, and target achievement.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
✔ Ability to coach, motivate, and drive a sales team to achieve results.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic thinker.
✔ Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is a plus.
