* Ensure the cinema, including auditoriums, lobbies, and restrooms, is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
* Prepare and serve popcorn and drinks adhering to health and safety standards.
* Support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Adhere to cinema policies, procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
* Assist with promotional activities, events, and festivals, enhancing the customer experience.
* Clear, friendly, and approachable communication style.

* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
* Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to handle cash, operate a point-of-sale system, and perform basic calculations.
