Candidate is expected to have at least two years experience as manager or supervisor in hospitality role.
The person would manage, restaurant,bar, floor managers, maintenance team and the facility.
Must be willing to train and develop potentials of the workforce.
Candidate must be disciplined and self motivated.
Candidate must ensure all inventory is stocked and production is done at appropriate time.
Ability to upsell and spend per head targeting ensuring more sales by interacting with the clients and introducing menu.
Ability to market product in the menu
Ensuring POS problems are efficiently dealt with
Supervise floor operations of wait staff, cleaners, cashiers, cooks, bartenders.
Carry out other operational duties as deemed fit by the board of directors.
