Responsibilities:

· Researching and identifying new business opportunies, sales leads, potential clients, and market trends.

· Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.

· Conducting market research to identify potential industries and sectors for business expansion.

· Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to reach out to potential clients.

· Collaborating with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations to attract new businesses.

· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company’s services.

· Negotiating contracts and pricing with prospective clients.

· Providing timely and accurate reports to management on sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis.

· Monitoring competitors and staying updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for business growth.

· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from business development to the delivery of services.

Required skills and qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years proven working experience as a business development officer, sales executive or a relevant role.

· Proven sales track record and experience in developing proposals.

· Experience in customer support is a plus

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

· Proficiency in English

· Market knowledge

· Communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to build rapport

· Time management and planning skills

· BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
