Position Overview:
We are seeking a resourceful and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Google Ads and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
– Digital Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing generating quality leads, and driving conversions on both Google and social media platforms.
– Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads. Monitor performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI and continually refine tactics based on results.
– Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand engagement and online presence.
– Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, insights, and target audience preferences, ensuring that marketing strategies are data-driven and effective.
– Performance Analysis: Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement and reporting on key outcomes.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and promote successful product launches.

Qualifications:
