Job description:
- Approaching new customers and searching for new projects.
- Preparing and submitting approval materials (Prequalification, Samples, catalogues…).
- Routine visits to the recent clients.
- Following up with the recent accounts (clients) for new tender inquiries or orders.
- Receiving inquiries and transfer it to the sales coordinator to prepare the CR for the inquiry.
- Receiving the cost and calculate the profit margin and send it again to the SC to make a price offer and send it to the client.
- Orders follow up with the factory (Planning, production, quality and dispatch).
- Attending the clients’ inspection visits to the factory and coordinate the visit with the quality department.
- Solving any client problems.
- Collecting the cash for the invoices.
- Solving the dept problems with clients and financial departments.
- Preparing monthly and yearly target reports.
- Filing and preparing the documents for each client.
- Sending the invoices to the clients.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university (electrical engineering preferred).
- Min. 5 years of sales experience in a related field.
- Job Location: Lagos.
